As a recovering salesperson, she has worked with companies of all sizes, types of businesses and industries, but she specializes in SaaS and Fintech companies and is obsessed with delivering reliable 360-degree customer insights across the enterprise. She takes great pride in delivering lengthy diatribes on the failures of and opportunities for CRMs and CDPs—particularly after her 2nd cup of coffee. She is a former AMY award winner for “Innovation in Market Research,” and she has Master’s degree in Creative Writing which has most recently been used for writing this bio. But, she’s also a published author of everything from predictive analytics to foreign direct investment opportunities. Finally, Crystal is an emeritus board member of Atlanta Technology Professionals and the founder and former president of the Atlanta Society for Business Intelligence—which means she can nerd out with the best of them and often does.
